Introducing Fun in the Puddles applique cushion cover sewing pattern featuring two girls with bright umbrellas and a cute dog, splashing in the puddles. Perfect for sisters or best friends.

Super easy to assemble with full sized printable applique templates. This is a great cushion for confident beginners and those who want to try Free-Motion Machine Embroidery. If you prefer, the applique can be hand finished or satin stitched for a hand-finished look. The panel can also be used for a quilt.

A printed version is available in my Etsy shop too.

Measuring approximately 16" square with a border and envelope closure on the back. The cover can be made larger by simply increasing the size of the border.

There are lots of step-by-step photographs showing you every step of the way with simple instructions in clear text so you can see clearly how to create the picture panel and make a bright statement cushion.

A great way to use up some of your favourite remnants from your fabric stash.

Materials needed to make cushion cover:
¾ yard red cotton fabric.
Small pieces of cotton, tweed or wool fabric for applique
1 pack of Bondaweb
Matching thread
Black thread
Stabilizer such as Stitch'nTear or Sulky - 13" square
16" cushion pad
Basic sewing equipment

Love these patterns, really nice designs (I now have 6). Quality of instructions is good. My only complaint is I wish they were available on plain paper as I prefer to print off the instructions and work from these, but they are very wasteful of printer ink with all the coloured boxes around the words.
